This Privacy Policy explains how Instance Design ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Screenframe mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
ScreenFrame is operated by Instance Design, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia. Instance Design is responsible for the operation of the ScreenFrame mobile application and the handling of data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
2. Information We Collect
ScreenFrame does not require you to create an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or contact details. Screenshots, screen recordings, images, and videos that you use in ScreenFrame are processed entirely on your device. This content is never uploaded to any server and never leaves your phone.
ScreenFrame does not collect usage analytics, tracking data, or behavioral data. If you make an in-app purchase, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. ScreenFrame does not collect or store payment card details. Purchase and subscription status information is processed solely for the purpose of managing access to paid features.
3. How We Use Your Information
The limited information processed by ScreenFrame is used only to enable core app functionality, manage access to paid features, and maintain and operate the App. ScreenFrame does not use data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or tracking users across apps or websites.
4. Data Storage and International Transfers
ScreenFrame does not store user-generated content such as screenshots, screen recordings, images, or videos on external servers.
5. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the App or on our website. Continued use of ScreenFrame after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
